You can request deletion of your FITAVID account and associated personal information.
Current deletion process
While account deletion controls are being finalized in the mobile app, contact support@fitavid.com from the email associated with your account, or include the phone number used for your FITAVID account so we can verify the request.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing deletion.
What deletion means
Once a verified deletion request is processed, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deletion may remove access to Circle history, check-ins, streaks, profile information, comments, and other account-linked activity.
Apple Health data
FITAVID does not control data stored in Apple Health. You can separately manage or delete Apple Health data and app permissions using your Apple device settings and the Health app.
